Every ParTection order is picked, packed and shipped by us from Minnesota, USA. We do not dropship and we do not hold your order waiting on a supplier.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will get a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, domestic United States orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the service selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, and busy periods such as Father's Day and Christmas can add a little time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, based on your address and the pack size you choose. There are no hidden handling fees added after checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like a ParTection, email us at kyle@partection.com and we will let you know what we can do.
Order Tracking
Your shipping confirmation email contains your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan after the label is created, so please allow a day before worrying.
Wrong Address, Lost Or Damaged Parcels
Please double check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or the tracking says delivered and nothing turned up, contact us at kyle@partection.com with your order number and we will make it right.
